Designed for general hospitals, minimally invasive surgical centers, operating room equipment procurement departments, and laparoscopic surgeons across multiple specialties, this system creates and maintains a stable, safe pneumoperitoneum to support unobstructed surgical access and visualization. It is clinically suited for a wide range of procedures across general, gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, thoracic, urology, gynecology, and pediatric surgery, with customizable modes to adapt to complex and delicate surgical requirements.
This High Flow Surgical Insufflator delivers maximum insufflation flow rates up to 30 LPM or 50 LPM, with 1 LPM step-by-step flow adjustment and 1 mmHg step pressure control for ultra-precise tuning during delicate and critical surgeries. It features automatic pressure regulation with an internal exhaust port to prevent pneumoperitoneum collapse or overpressure, plus over-pressure detection, tube obstruction alarm, and virtual/external pressure alarm systems that trigger audio-visual alerts and stabilize abdominal pressure during trocar insertion, eliminating intraoperative disruptions.
The integrated heated high-pressure regulator with automatic CO2 temperature control prevents intraoperative hypothermia and hyperthermia in patients, while warmed CO2 eliminates camera lens fogging to maintain a clear surgical field. The built-in Smoke & Mist Evacuator continuously clears surgical smoke and fluid mist during laparoscopic procedures, reducing lens cleaning interruptions and improving surgical efficiency and precision.
The system includes a real-time surgery timing indicator, on-screen display of remaining and consumed cylinder gas, and continuous visual cylinder status monitoring. It stores up to 100 historical surgery records to support medico-legal compliance, and offers USB/Ethernet/CAN connectivity for centralized control with other operating room equipment, streamlining OR workflow and equipment management.

Our Laparoscopic Surgery Insufflator is manufactured in full compliance with ISO 13485 medical device quality management system standards, and holds CE certification, along with adherence to IEC 60601-1 medical electrical equipment safety standards. Each unit undergoes rigorous performance testing, electrical safety validation, and long-term stability testing to ensure reliable operation in high-volume operating room environments, fully meeting the regulatory and clinical requirements of healthcare facilities globally.
We offer two standard configurations: a 30 LPM base model for routine laparoscopic procedures, and a 50 LPM high-flow model for complex bariatric and advanced endoscopic surgeries, with 1 LPM step adjustment across all operating modes.
It is designed for use across general, gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, thoracic, urology, gynecology, and pediatric surgery, supporting all routine and complex endoscopic and laparoscopic procedures.
Yes. The integrated Smoke & Mist Evacuator continuously clears surgical smoke and fluid mist from the abdominal cavity, maintaining an unobstructed view of the surgical field and reducing intraoperative interruptions.
The system can store up to 100 complete historical surgery records, supporting full medico-legal compliance and surgical traceability requirements for healthcare facilities.
